The product has no quality issues

Due to the special nature of outdoor products (such as hygiene and safety considerations), all sold goods (including clothing, equipment, accessories, etc.) are regarded as completed transactions once signed for and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Customized or discounted items

Personalized customized products, promotional discount products, clearance products, etc. are not eligible for return and exchange services.

Subjective reasons of consumers

Including but not limited to: incorrect size/color selection, failure to read the product description carefully, dissatisfaction after use, etc.

Explanation of Exceptional Circumstances

If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (email: blueition@rcskoutdoor.com) within 48 hours after signing for receipt and provide evidence (such as photos, videos), and we will provide solutions depending on the situation:

Severe damage caused by transportation (an unopened logistics waybill and proof of product damage must be provided);

The product is completely inconsistent with the order description (such as sending the wrong model/style).

Precautions

Inspection responsibility: It is recommended that you inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If the outer packaging is damaged, you can refuse to accept them and contact the logistics company for compensation.

After-sales service: For any issues regarding the use of the product (such as functional guidance), we still offer free technical support.
