We are committed to providing you with high-quality outdoor products while ensuring that the transportation process is clear and transparent. Please read the following policies carefully:
- Place of shipment and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Italy.
Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (excluding weekends and Italian public holidays).
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons (such as Black Friday and Christmas) or special events. Please pay attention to the website announcements.
- Logistics and Tracking
Carrier: Select DHL, UPS or local postal service according to the destination. The freight will be automatically calculated by the system.
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the waybill number, which can be checked in real time through the carrier’s official website.
Customs clearance responsibility: International orders may incur customs duties/taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
- Delivery Range and Restrictions
Coverage area: Supports global delivery (except for some countries/regions, such as areas affected by war or postal service disruptions).
Prohibited goods: Some countries restrict the entry of outdoor knives, fuel and other goods. Please confirm the local regulations by yourself before placing an order.
- Delayed or lost file handling
Logistics delay: If you do not receive the goods within the expected time limit, please contact us by email (blueition@rcskoutdoor.com) and we will assist in urging the delivery.
Lost package: If the logistics shows that it has been delivered but not received, a local postal/property certificate must be provided within 7 days to initiate an investigation.
- Precautions
Address accuracy: For returned items due to incorrect addresses, additional shipping fees will be required for re-shipment.
Eco-friendly packaging: We use degradable materials for packaging. Please be careful not to scratch the goods when opening the box.
